CLOSURE OF KINGSWELLS CHURCH

As a result of decisions made by the Presbytery of Aberdeen & Shetland in 2022 when a new Mission Plan was adopted, the church buildings at Kingswells are to close at the end of June 2023. 

The  Basis of Union  to create a united congregation with Skene Church was approved at a Congregational Meeting on 16th April 2023, and confirmed by the Presbytery of the North East and Northern Isles on 25th April.  

The Union will take effect from 1st July 2023 when we become KINGSHILL CHURCH.  

All current members of the congregation will automatically become members of the new united congregation.

In the meantime we remain open for worship and look forward to welcoming you to worship on Sunday at 11am. Tea and coffee is available after the service.
